Process
LocSea will create and manage Google Search Ads Campaigns for your business using Google’s AdWords platform.
LocSea will be charging Committed Hourly Management Fee to Client. Client should deposit this amount each month to LocSea in Advance. LocSea Software Development Private Limited provides official Invoice for this.
Client retains complete ownership of Google AdWords Account.
Ad Click charges will be paid by Client to Google through AdWords Billing Setup. LocSea will help you setup this. Client will be entering their Billing Address and Mode of Payment. Google provides official Invoice for Ad Click Charges.

Who will be managing my Campaigns?
LocSea employs only Google AdWords Certified Professionals to manage all your campaigns. Our employees are having an experience of 2 to 7 years. All campaigns setup will be reviewed and approved by leads before it goes live. Two levels of approval is followed for all clients irrespective of Budget Spend.
All projects will have monthly tasks planned and entered in Project Tool. Proper Time sheets are maintained using Time Tracker tool. Both Project Tool and Time sheets are shared with Clients for verification. Client may login to anytime to check if we are going as per projected plans.

Note: 1. If you do not exhaust minimum work hours for any specific month, you can’t carry forward it to next month.
2. Once Google Monthly spend projection is decided by client, we allocate our resources for the month and start working on it. Once we allocate resources for your project, you are liable to pay for agreed minimum work hour committed even if you spend less than what you projected to spend.
3. If we work more than minimum work hour committed, you agree that you will pay for the additional work hours. Prior intimation will be given to client.
4. If your budget for the month crosses the threshold limit, you are liable to pay additional fee as per the slab listed above.
LocSea Management Fee:
Applicable only to Indian Clients: LocSea Hourly Fee is exclusive of Service Tax. Please add Service Tax as applicable and make payment.
Google Ad Spend:
Google Ad Spend deposits are inclusive of Service Tax.
LocSea Fee:
Applicable only to Indian Clients: Please deduct TDS as applicable and make payment to LocSea.
Google Ad Spend:
Applicable to All Countries: Please refer this Google AdWords TDS Process Link and choose specific country.
Minimum Work Hour Payment as committed by Client should be paid in Advance on or before 5th of each month. If there is a delay in payment, we will pause all your campaigns on 6th and put your account on hold. We will resume your account only after payment. If you cancel our services after 5 days of work, you agree that you are still liable to pay minimum work hour payment committed to LocSea.
We are charging our service fee on a monthly commitment basis. So, once we start working on your account for any specific month, you will not be able to pause or cancel our services for that month irrespective of your Campaign budget used for that month. You should pay us full minimum work hour payment for that month.
Our Hourly Fee is not negotiable. It is same for clients of any size. It guarantees same service for all clients.
We have designed flexible committed work hours plan based on size of business.

By Advertising in Google, you get relevant visitors to your website. To convert relevant visitors to customers, it is important to have well built website with proper design, unique selling points, call to action, offers, technical details, trust factors, history, client details, website security, terms of service and other key factors in your website.
Please expect LocSea to generate relevant visitors to your website using Google Ads. We provide Weekly Search Terms Report to filter out irrelevant visitors by adding negative keywords. Your website is a key to convert relevant visitors to customers. Please understand this. You need to have well built customer support and follow up team to complete this task.
If requested, we do provide suggestion to improve your website but it is your duty to implement with the help of your designer and website development team
We expect you to provide Website Development Support to paste AdWords Conversion Code, Re-Marketing Code in your website.
E-Commerce Sales Conversion Tracking support should be provided by your Website Development Support Team. We will guide them with proper documentation from Google.
